Contributions

Created by a student and someone with a love for independent research, we at JURIS STUDIUM™ want to offer all students and independent researchers to have the opportunity to make their hard work public.

ANYONE is welcome to reach out to submit ANY of their work. We want to extend the opportunity to share your own subject breakdowns, analyses, or written insights for potential publication on this platform.

Contributing is an excellent way to strengthen your professional or academic portfolio, demonstrate research and writing skills, and showcase your work in a public setting. All contributions are credited to the original author, always.

Being a contributor also helps spread the word about  JURIS STUDIUM™. With your help, this site can be used to build a collaborative network of new scholars, simplify complex concepts for others, and create a reliable, accessible source of legal, political, governmental, and general information for students and professionals alike.

SUBMISSION REQUEST:

Specific ways you can contribute include but are not limited to:

  • Offer your submission to be published publicly for anyone and everyone to read and access
  • Offer your submission to be published publicly, and specifically ask for comments and critiques to better your own work
  • Ask to jointly contribute to projects already being developed by JURIS STUDIUM™ (subjects may be limited)

Each accepted contribution will be credited to the author and displayed as part of the growing collection of educational resources on JURIS STUDIUM™. Please see below to read the disclosure.

All submissions will be subject to review, and we reserve the right to decline submissions.

FOR PUBLICATION

To be selected for publication, you can expect a thorough review of your piece to ensure there is no plagiarism, inaccurate information, unnecessary biased opinions, undisclosed use of AI, etc.

If issues are found, they will be reported back to the author. Issues found will not automatically disqualify your submission from publication. Authors may be asked to make specific revisions and/or given specific recommendations. JURIS STUDIUM™ will not make any changes to submissions. All changes must be made by the author.

Changes to a post can be requested at any time. If JURIS STUDIUM™ determines that requested changes take away from a fundamental part of the post, we may suggest deleting the post.

JURIS STUDIUM™ reserves the right to delete any post. Notice will be provided to the author before a post is deleted.

IF SELECTED FOR PUBLICATION

If you are chosen for publication, you can expect:

  • Possible formatting changes to fit the website’s formatting and aesthetic
  • To be asked for a sentence or two that gives the main premise of your sentence. Examples can be seen on the BREAKDOWNS page
  • A page dedicated to you – for this you will be asked for:
    • A photo
    • A bio – this can include anything appropriate information you want publicly mentioned
    • Links to social media

JURIS STUDIUM™ will provide an “Author” page for all contributors. This is to ensure proper credit is given to authors and to provide extra exposure to aspiring scholars and professionals. Contributors will be able to use the link to their page at their discretion. The number of posts from a specific contributor will be included, as well as a direct link to their contribution(s) on their specific page.

Repeat contributors are highly encouraged! Those who have already contributed to the site are more likely to have additional posts approved for publication and considered for future ventures under the JURIS STUDIUM™ brand!

ALL contributors and their contributions will be noted within the JURIS STUDIUM™ database.

All contributions remain property of their original authors and are published at the discretion of JURIS STUDIUM™

After you have filled out the form, please allow time for your submission to be reviewed. If you would like to directly reach out, you can access the contact information below:
